Patient Portal (Digilugu) is a personal health management system to provide e-health and ICT services for people living in Estonia.
Users can view their medical data, submit statements of intention, appoint a representative(s) for themselves and act like one when needed.
It has developed by the Health and Welfare Information Systems Centre (TEHIK), under the Estonian Ministry of Social Affairs.
